Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken (cut in pieces)
2 Eggs
¼ cup of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhani

Preparation:
1) Clean and wash chicken well and set aside.
In a pot or pan heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Stir then add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes.
Then add the chicken pieces, salt and ¼ cup of water.
Cook on low flame until the chicken is tender and cooked.
2) When the chicken is well done sprinkle black pepper powder and mix.
Then beat 2 eggs and add to the chicken and stir until the egg is cooked well.
