Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation:
1. Trim excess fat from steak; slice steak diagonally across grain into ¼-inch-thick strips.
2. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in a glass dish; add steak strips, and toss to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 ½ to 2 hours.
3. Remove steak strips from marinade, reserving marinade.Thread steak strips onto prepared skewers.
