Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7.
Place all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl and lightly toss to mix them up.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crusts and sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce, distributing evenly.
Sprinkle over the oregano and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot...
