Today's Special Recipe - Victoria Sandwich Cake
Ingredients:
Flour. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4 oz.
Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Preparation:
Heat the oven at 375 oF.
Grease two tins, line with paper.
Sift the flour in a plate.
Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and heat them till they become fluffy.
Break the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk well.
Beat 2 tsp eggs at a time into creamed butter and sugar.
Lightly stir in half of the flour with a spoon and then add the rest of the flour.
Place half of the mixture in each tin and level it with a knife.
Bake both the cakes on same shelf for 20 minutes or until get golden.
