| Today's Special Recipe - Chicken with egg
Ingredients:
1. 1 kg. Chicken (pieces)
2. 1 tbsp. Ginger (paste)
3. 1 tbsp. Garlic (paste)
4. ½ ts
....
Preparation:
Clean and wash chicken and set aside.
In pan heat oil, add cumin seeds.
After a while add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 5 minutes.
Then add to it chicken and salt and cook on low flame till the chicken becomes tender.
Add ¼ cup water if required.
When chicken is done sprinkle black pepper powder and mix well.
Lastly beat 2 eggs and add to chicken and stir till the egg in it is cooked well...
