Today's Special Recipe - Mutton Kababs With Capsicum
Ingredients:
250 gms of mutton kababs.
1 large spoon of tomato puree or tomato sauce
2 sliced (length wise) o

Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add slicced onion, saute for ½ minute. Take out from the pan . Cut the kababs in small pieces and saute in the remaining oil. Cook till they are slightly brown. Now add the onions fried onions, slicced capsicum . Toss them together and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and ajino moto. Mix well and let it cook for 2 to3 minute. Garnish it with chopped spring onions and chopped fresh corrinder leaves. Serve it hot. C..
