Today's Special Recipe - Angoor Ka Sherbet
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups sugar ,
3 cups water ,
4 cups grapes,
red seedless ,
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 minute and keep aside to cool completely. 2. Working in batches, Place syrup, grapes and lemon juice in blender and blend to a smooth puree. Force the puree through a fine sieve, pressing hard on the solids.
