Preparation:
Halve the kidneys and cut out the tubes.
Rinse in cold water and peel off the skins.
Cut in small pieces.
Trim and cut the steak in cubes.Heat oil and butter in a large pan, then fry the onions for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
