1. Slice round steak into thin strips. 2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add steak and brown, stirring often; remove and set aside. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and sliced onion to the skillet; cook until tender.
Add cream of mushroom soup, water, and prepared brown mustard.
Bring to a boil, return beef to mix and heat throughly.
