Today's Special Recipe - Kutluma
Ingredients:
For dough
- 500 g. White flour
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Oil
- 1\14 cups of water

Preparation:
1. Put flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Gradually add water and bind the mixture into a soft dough. Knead well for a few minutes until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl clean. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for ½ an hour.
2. Mix basin, salt, chili powder, garam masala and red food color in a bowl. Add water and and mix with a fork or a beater to a thin paste.
