Ingredients:
1. ½ Kilo Beef Pasanday (filets)
2. 2-tbs Unripe Papaya (grinded)
3. 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
4. 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
5. Salt According To Taste
6. 2-tbs Yogurt
7. 1 Tsp Chili Powder
8. 1tbs Chopped Green Chilies
9. 1-tbs Oil
Preparation:
1. Mix Together All The Spices And Yogurt And Papaya. 2. Coat The Beef With The Mixture. 3. Leave To Marinate For 5-6 Hours, Preferably Overnight. 4. Barbeque Over Charcoal Or You Can Bake It In An Oven.
Serve For 3
