noodles. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 200gms Gram Flour. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .100gms Water. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ½ Cup Cottage Cheese (small Cubes).100 Gms Green Chilies. . . . . . . . . . . . .3-4 Nos. Salt. . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . .to Taste Oil For Deep Frying Red Chilies. . . . . . . . . . .. . . . .½ Tsp.
Preparation:

boil The Noodles And Keep Them Aside To Cool. Mix Gram Flour With Water To Make A Smooth Thick Dough. Add Salt, Red Chilies, Green Chilies, Cottage Cheese Cubes To The Noodles.
Pull These In The Gram Flour Mixture. Heat The Oil In A Wok (karahi) Shape The Mixture Into Small Pakoras (balls) And Deep Fry Till Golden Brown.



Serve Hot With Chili Sauce. You can serve with your family and friends.
