Today's Special Recipe - Winter Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Chicken Stock. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 Pints
Stock cubes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
....
Preparation:
Put stock or water and stock cubes and margarine into a large saucepan and bring to boil.
Add most of the salt and pepper.
Meanwhile wash and peel off all the vegetables and chop them finely or grate when possible.
Put into boiling stock, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Blend the flour and milk, add to the soup and cook until thickened and smooth.
Add more salt if necessary...
