Garlic. . . . .1 Clove

Green Peppers. . . . 2
Fresh Red Chilli. . . . .1
Onions. . . . .2
Oyster Sauce. . . . .1 Tb
Light Soy Sauce. . . . .1 Ts
Fish Sauce. . . . . 1 Ts
Soy Sauce. . . . 1 Tb
Preparation:
Slice Chicken, Chop Garlic.
Slice Pepper, Chilli And Onions.
Heat Oil In A Wok Or A Pan, Add Garlic And Chicken And Stir-fry For One Minute.
Add Onions, Pepper And Chilli And Stir-fry Until Chicken Is Done.
Stir In Oyster Sauce, Light Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce And Soy Sauce.
