4 Pounds Brisket
¼ Cup Cider Vinegar
¼ Cup Red Wine
3 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 ½ Teaspoons Ground Pepper
½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Preparation:
1. Marinate A Brisket In A Mixture Of Cider Vinegar, Red Wine, Chili Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, And Garlic Salt Overnight.
Turn Occasionally. 2. Place In A Shallow Baking Dish And Pour The Marinade Over The Top. 3. Bake, Covered, At 275*f For 8 Hours, Or Until Tender.
Slice Thinly.
