Ingredients:
1 Cup Red Wine
1/3 Cup Sherry
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
½ Teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger Root
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion, Chopped
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 ½ Pounds Sirloin Steak, Diced
3 Tomatoes, Sliced
12 Mushrooms
1 Eggplant, Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Yellow Squash, Diced
Preparation:
1. In A Bowl, Combine Red Wine, Sherry, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Grated Ginger Root, Pineapple Juice, Thyme, Rosemary, Worcestershire Sauce, Chopped Onion, Pepper. Pour Over Diced Sirloin Steak. Marinate For 2 Hours At Room Temperature. Alternate The Beef On Skewers With Sliced Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Diced Eggplant, Diced Green Bell Pepper, And Diced Yellow Squash. Grill 3-inches From The Heat For About 15 Minutes, Turning Frequently And Basting With The Marinade.
