Ingredients:
4 Boiled Potatoes
½ Cup Cheese
6 Or 7 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
1 Cup Cabbage Finely Chopped
3 Or 4 Slices Bread ½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Sugar
½ Tsp. Red Chilly Powder
2 Or 3 Tbsp. Corn Flour
1 Packet Of Bread Crumbs
Oil For Deep Frying.
Preparation:
frist Of All Mash The Potatoes Very Well & Put Then In A Bowl .
Then Crumble The Cheese Well & Mash With Potatoes.
Know Soak The Bread Slices In Water For 2 To 4 Min.
& Squeeze Out The Water.
Know Put Green Chillies,cabbage ,onion, Red Chilly Powder, Salt,sugar In The Potatoes& Cheese, Mash Them All.
Then Shape Into Cutlets.
Dip The Cutlet In The Corn Flour Paste & Then Coat With Bread Crumbs.
Deep Fry In Oil & Serve Hot With Tomatoes Ketchup.
You can serve with your family and friends.
