>> Black Glutinous Rice Porridge
Ingredients:
1 2/3 Cups Water
1 Pandan Leaf
¾ Cup Black Glutinous Rice
½ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup White Sugar
2 Cups Coconut Milk
Preparation:
in A Saucepan Bring Water And Pandan Leaf To A Boil.
Add Rice And Stir.
Reduce Heat, Cover And Simmer For 20 Minutes.
Remove Pandan Leaf And Stir In Brown Sugar And White Sugar.
Continue To Cook For 5 Minutes.
Stir In The Coconut Milk And Remove From Heat.
This Recipe Usually Suitable For Tea Break And Breaking Fast During Ramadan.
