2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Grated Horseradish
About ½ Cup Ketchup
Preparation:
Preheat Oven To 350*f (175*c).
Place Chicken In A Baking Dish Large Enough To Hold All The Chicken In A Single Layer.
Place Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, And Horseradish In A Glass 2-cup Measure; Fill To The 1-cup Level With Ketchup. Stir Well; Pour Sauce Over Chicken.
Bake 40 Minutes, Uncovered, Basting Occasionally Until Tender.
