1 Broiler-fryer Chicken, Cut In Parts ½ Cup Buttermilk ½ Cup Packaged Corn Flake Crumbs ½ Cup All-purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Preparation:
Remove Skin From Chicken And Discard.
Dip Chicken Parts In Buttermilk.
In Shallow Dish, Mix Together Corn Flake Crumbs, Flour, Salt And Poultry Seasoning; Add Chicken, One Piece At A Time, Dredging To Coat.
Arrange Chicken In Single Layer In Well-buttered Dish.
Drizzle Melted Butter Over Chicken.
Place In 375of.
Oven And Bake About 45 Minutes Or Until Fork Can Be Inserted In Chicken With Ease.
