Preparation:
Mashed Aloo Main 2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Namak, 1tsp Lemon Juice, Kati Hui Hari Mirch, 2 Tbsp Hara Dhaniya Daal Kar Achi Tarha Mix Karain, Ab Is Mashed Mixture Ke Chotay Chotay Kabab Bana Lain.
Baison Main ½tsp Namak Aur ½ Tsp Laal Mirch Daal Kar Pani Ke Saath Thick Paste Bana Lain.
Pan Main Oil Garam Kar Ke Aloo Ke Kababon Ko Baison Ke Paste Main Dip Kar Ke Deep Fry Karain.mazedaar Aloo Chaap Tayyar Hain
