½ Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
¼ Cup Finely Minced Onion
2 Eggs
Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste
2 To 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
combine Chicken, Breadcrumbs, Onion And Eggs In Medium Bowl And Blend Well.
Season With Salt And Pepper.
Cover And Refrigerate Until Ready To Use.
Form Chicken Mixture Into 6 Patties.
Heat Oil In Skillet Over Medium-high Heat.
Add Patties And Fry Until Browned, Turning Once.
