Ingredients:
¼ Cup Oil
3 Peeled Choti Ilaichi (pisi Hui)
2 Kg Carrots (kadukash Ki Hui)
1 Tsp Zafran
Almonds & Pistachios Slices 4 Tbsp
1 & ½ Cup Sugar
1 Cup Ghee
1 Kg Milk
Preparation:
mix Zafran In 1 Tbsp Water.
Boil The Milk And Add Grated Carrots, Stir Carefully And Cook Slowly Till Milk Is Almost Absorbed.
Add Sugar, Dry Fruit And Cook Till Mixture Is Nearly Dry.
Then Add The Melted Ghee Gradually And Fry Till Rich Brown.
Now Add Ilachi And Zafran And Cook Till Ghee Separates.
You can serve with your family and friends.
