Ingredients:
½ Cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Onion Seeds
Ginger / Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
½ Tsp Mustard Seeds
250 Gms Potatoes Peeled And Cubed
4 - 5 Curry Leaves2 Cups Water
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Aniseeds
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
½ Tsp Cummin Seeds

Heat The Oil. Fry The Onion Seeds, Mustard Seeds Aniseeds And Curry Leaves For A Second.
Add The Turmeric Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Salt And Ginger / Garlic With Approximately
2 Tablespoons Of Water. Stir And Fry Till The Water Dries And You Can See The Oil.
Add The Potatoes Alongwith 2 Cups Of Water.
Cover The Pot And Cook Over A Low Heat Till The Water Dries And The Potatoes Are Tender
Serve For Three Peoples
