Ingredients:
12 - 15 Red Chillies
250 Gms Kabuli Channa, Boiled
2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 Potatoes, Boiled And Diced
1 Tbsp Cummin Seeds
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Chaat Masala
Green Chillies Chopped
Salt To Taste
1 Onion Chopped
1 Cup Tamarind Juice
Preparation:
Roast And Grind The Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds And Cummin Seeds.
Mix Them With Chaat Masala, Salt, Tamarind Juice, Chanas And Potatoes.
Put Into A Serving Bowl And Garnish It With Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies And Onions.
Finally Serve.
