Potatoes 2 Big Boiled And Mashed
Salt 1 Tsp
All Spice ½ Tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
Bhuna Zeera ½ Tsp
Rai ½ Tsp
Green Chilly 6 Grindeddhania ½ Tsp
Curry Pata Chopped
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs
Preparation:
Boil And Mash Potatoes. Mix Everything Well, Do Baghar Of Rai And Curry Patta.
Make Kabab Shape. Dip In Egg Then Roll In Bread Crumbs And Shallow Fry.
