Ingredients:
250 Gms Beetroot
Salt To Taste
2 Onions
6 Medium Tomatoes Chopped1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Green Chillies
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
Coriander Leaves
Preparation:
Boil The Beetroot And Cut Into Slices. Fry The Onions Till They Are Light Brown.
Add The Spices, And Fry For A Few Minutes, Till The Oil Seperates.
Put In The Tomatoes And Beetroot. Cook Over A Low Heat.
Add The Green Chillies And Coriander Leaves, Reserve A Few Leaves For Garnishing.
Do Not Add Any Water. When The Tomato Water Dries, Break Up The Beetroot Pieces, Slightly,
With Wooden Spoon. Garnish With The Remaining Coriander Leaves.
Serve For 4
