Ingredients:
ladyfingers ½ Kg
Termeric ½ Tsp
Garlic 1 Tsp
Kalonji ½ Tsp
Chilli Powder 1 Tspoil ½ Cup
Salt 1 Tsp Heaped
Onions 1 Fried Light Golden
Tomatoes 4 Finely Chopped
Green Chillies Small Ones Whole 4
Preparation:
fry Bhindi In Oil Till Slightly Brown.
Than In The Same Oil Fry Garlic, Salt, Chilly Powder And Haldi Bhuno By Adding In Little Water And Add Chopped Tomatoes Cook On Slow Fire Lastly Add In Fried Bhindi, Green Chillies And Brown Fried Onions Than Leave It On Dam For 10 Minutes.
