1. 1 Kg. Chicken (pieces)
2. 1 Tbsp. Ginger (paste)
3. 1 Tbsp. Garlic (paste)
4. ½ Tsp. Cumin Seeds
5. 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
6. 2 Nos. Egg
7. 5 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8. ¼ Cup Fresh Coriander
9. Salt To Taste
Preparation:
Clean And Wash Chicken And Set Aside.
In Pan Heat Oil, Add Cumin Seeds.
After A While Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Sauté For 5 Minutes.
Then Add To It Chicken And Salt And Cook On Low Flame Till The Chicken Becomes Tender.
Add ¼ Cup Water If Required.
When Chicken Is Done Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder And Mix Well.
Lastly Beat 2 Eggs And Add To Chicken And Stir Till The Egg In It Is Cooked Well.
Add The Coriander
