Ingredients:
1. 2 Cups Rice Cooked In Salted Water
2. 2 Tbsps. Vegetable Oil
3. ½ Cup Capsicum (red, Green And Yellow, Thin Strips)
4. 1 Tomato (chopped)
5. 1 Tsp. Garlic (powder)
6. ½ Tsp. Salt
7. ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. Heat Oil In A Large Pan; Put Red, Yellow, And Green Pepper.
2. Fry For Few Seconds Than Add Tomato, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Cooked Rice And ¼-cup Warm Water.
3. Cover And Put The Pan On Moderate Heat For 10 Minutes.
Serve For 2
