1 Tsp All Spice
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
¼ Tsp Black Cummin Seeds
1 Large Onion Finely Chopped
250 Gms Tomatoes Finely Chopped
5 - 6 Green Chillies
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic
500 Gms Mutton Pieces With Bones
2 Tbsp Yoghurt
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
½ Cup Oil Or Ghee
Preparation:
in A Karahi Or Wok Put The Oil, Mutton, Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger / Garlic And Onions.
Cook Over A Medium Heat Till The Meat Is Quite Tender.
Add The Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper, Black Cummin Seeds And All Spice.
Stir And Cook For Some Time Till The Oil Seperates.
Add The Yoghurt, Green Chillies And Let It Cook Cook For A Few Minutes.
Turn Into A Serving Dish And Sprinkle The Coriander Leaves On Top.
