Ingredients:
Potato 250 Gm Boiled And Mashed
Flour 1 Oz
Egg 1
Salt ½ Tsp
Pepper White ½ Tsp
Cheese Grated ½ Cup
Green Masala Chopped
Chilly Powder 1 Tsp
Mustard ½ Tsp
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Oil For Frying
Preparation:
Mix The Grated Cheese With The Boiled And Mashed Potatoes. Now Mix In Chopped Coriander And Green Chillies, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Mustard, Baking Powder And Egg. Make Small Balls And Roll Them In Flour And Fry. Serve Hot.
