Ingredients:
¾ Pound Whole Dates, Pits Removed
¾ C. Butter
2/3 C. All Purpose Flour
2 T. Cinnamon
1 ½ T Confectioners Sugar
Preparation:
Place The Dates In 4 Individual Serving Dishes; Set Aside. In A Small Sauce Pan Heat The Butter Over Medium Hat Until It Begins To Bubble. Reduce The Heat And Add The Cinnamon And The Flour To The Butter. Mix And Stir Constantly 2 - 3 Minutes Until The Mixture Is A Soft Paste.
Pour The Sauce Evenly Over The Dates. Allow To Cool . Sprinkle With Confectioners Sugar
