Ingredients:
Milk 750 Ml
Illaichi Powder ½ Tsp
Sugar ½ Cup
Fresh Cream 4 Onz
Saffron Pinch
Pistachio For Decoration
Preparation:
1-boil Milk For 10-15 Minutes Till Reduced To Half. Add In The Dissolved Saffron And Sugar, Also The Illaichi Powder. Chill Thoroughly And Add In The Cream. Then Beat With Electric Beater Or Blend Till Foamy. Pour In Glasses And Serve Immediately With Pistachio.
