Ingredients:
2 Cups Carnation Milk Powder
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
½ Pint More Or Less Whipping Cream
2 Tsp Ghee Or Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Water
Ghee(butter) For Frying
Preparation:
Boil Water Along With Sugar And Prepare Syrup. When Done, Keep Aside.
Mix Milk Powder, Bisquick Or All-purpose Flour, Ghee. Make A Soft Dough By Adding Whipping Cream.
Make Round Balls And Fry Them In Ghee Until Dark Brown In Color. For The Flavor, We Can Keep Chironji & Saffron In The Middle Of The Ball And Then Fry.
Transfer The Fried Balls To The Sugar Syrup And Refrigerate.
Garnish With Coconut Powder If Desired.
You can serve with your family and friends.
