Ingredients:
500g Fresh Granulated Khoya
200g Powdered Sugar
6-8 Cardamoms, Powdered
6-8 Drops Rose Essence
8-10 Flakes Saffron Soaked In A Tsp Of Water For Decoration
10g Chopped Pista
2 Silver Sheets (grated Khoya, Lightly).
Preparation:
mix The Sugar, Cardamom & Essence Into The Khoya.
Keep Aside For 10-15 Minutes, In Winter Or For 20 Minutes In Summer, In Refrigerator.
Rub And Roll The Mixture Into 25 Balls Or Laddoos.
Arrange Them In Paper Cups.
Decorate With Saffron Flakes, Pista And Bits Of Silver Sheets.
To Store, Refrigerate, Specially In Summer.
You can serve with your family and friends.
