Ingredients:
3 Cups Fruit, Fresh, Frozen, Unsweetened Or Canned (drained)
2/3 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Ice Cubes
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar, (optional)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
Place All Ingredients In Blender; Cover. Blend Until Smooth.
Note: For A Tropical Taste Sensation, Follow Directions Using A Mixture Of Mango, Papaya And Pineapple To Make Up 3 Cups Fruit.
Makes About 4 Cups.
