Ingredients:
2 Cups Unsweetened Apple Juice Or Water
4 Thin Slices Of Fresh Ginger
1 Fresh Lemon
2 Tsp Honey (optional
Preparation:
In A Medium-sized Saucepan, Heat The Apple Juice And Ginger Slices.
Also Add The Lemon Juice Along With The Rinds And Bring To A Boil And Simmer For 5 Minutes.
Strain Through A Sieve Into 2 Glasses And Sweeten With Honey, If Desired.
