Ingredients:
1 ½cups Grapefruit Juice
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Stick Of Cinnamon
1 Can (12 Oz) Ginger Ale, Chilled
Ice Cubes
Edible Flowers (optional)
Fresh Mint Sprigs (optional)
Preparation:
In A Saucepan, Combine Grapefruit Juice, Sugar And Cinnamon For The Syrup; Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer Uncovered For 5 Minutes.
Discard Cinnamon; Cover And Chill The Syrup.
To Serve, Fill Four 8 Oz Glasses With Ice Cubes. Add About 1/3 Cup Of Grapefruit Syrup To Each Glass. Fill Glass With Ginger Ale. Stir Gently.
If Desired, Garnish With Edible Flowers And Fresh Mint Sprigs.
