4 Cups Grapes,
Red Seedless ,
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice ,
Crushed Ice ,
Mint Leaves And

Preparation:
1. Cook Sugar And Water In A Small Saucepan Over Low Heat, Stirring Until Sugar Dissolves. Increase Heat To High And Bring To Boil. Simmer For 1 Minute And Keep Aside To Cool Completely. 2. Working In Batches, Place Syrup, Grapes And Lemon Juice In Blender And Blend To A Smooth Puree. Force The Puree Through A Fine Sieve, Pressing Hard On The Solids. Discard Solids And Chill Thoroughly. 3. Fill The Glasses With Crushed Ice, Pour In The Juice And Garnish With Mint Leaves And Lime Slices. - Serves 6 People. - Preparation Time: 10 Minutes. - Cooking Time: 10 Minutes. - Serve Cold.
