Baking Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ¼ Tsp.
Coco Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .¼ Tsp.
Coffee. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Tsp.
Cream. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 8 Oz
Sugar (fully Grinded). . . . . . . . . . . . ½ Cup
Chocolate Of Paxy. . . . . . . . .1 Pack
Cherries . . . . . . . . . . . . .. 4-5 No.
Coco Powder . . . . . . . . . . .2 Tbsp.
Preparation:
Separate Eggs Whites Ad Yolks.
Make Foam Of Eggs Whites.
Now Add Yolks. Slowly Add Sugar And Then Beat It For 15 Minutes.
Now Add Flour, Baking Powder, Coco Powder, Coffee And Mix Well.
Pour It Into The Mixture And Fold With Hands.
Grease The Pan With Butter/ghee And Flour And Pour The Mixture In The Pan And Bake It For 30 Minutes At 180oc.
Mix Cream And Sugar.
Make Two Pieces Of The Sponge Cake By Cutting It Cross Wise.
Place One Piece In The Dish. Apply Cream On It Then Put Other Piece On It.
Again Apply Cream On It. Decorate With Cherries.
You can serve with your family and friends.
