Eggs. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 No. Flour (shifted). . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 ½ Cup Sugar (ground). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Cup Baking Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Tsp. Coco Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Tbsp. Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 200 Gms. Zarda Color. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Pinch
Preparation:
Beat Eggs In A Bowl With Electric Beater Until They Change Color. Add Ground Sugar And Beat Well. Cut Butter In Small Pieces And Gradually Add To The Mixture And Beat. In A Tray Sift Flour And Baking Powder Together. Fold Flour Mixture To The Egg-butter Mixture. Grease Two Small Or Medium Sized Rectangular Tins With Butter And/ Or Line It With Butter Paper. Pour Mixture In Them And Bake In A Pre-heated Oven (210oc) For About 35 Minutes. Serve Hot Or Cold.
