Ingredients:

Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4 Oz.
Sugar. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 Oz.
Eggs. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 No.
Baking Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Tsp.
Preparation:
Heat The Oven At 375 Of.
Grease Two Tins, Line With Paper.
Sift The Flour In A Plate.
Put The Butter And Sugar In A Bowl And Heat Them Till They Become Fluffy.
Break The Eggs Into A Separate Bowl And Whisk Well.
Beat 2 Tsp Eggs At A Time Into Creamed Butter And Sugar.
Lightly Stir In Half Of The Flour With A Spoon And Then Add The Rest Of The Flour.
Place Half Of The Mixture In Each Tin And Level It With A Knife.
Bake Both The Cakes On Same Shelf For 20 Minutes Or Until Get Golden.
Turn The Cake Out On To A Cooling Rack And Remove Papers.
When Cool, Sandwich Together With Jam Decorate With Icing.
You can serve with your family and friends.
