>> Cream Of Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
Boiled And Blended Spinach. . 4 Tbsp
Chicken Stock. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 ½ Cups
Milk. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 ¼ Cups
Fresh Cream. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 Tbsp
Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 Tbsp
Flour. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 Tbsp
Salt. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ½ Tsp
Black Pepper. . . . . . . . . . . .¼ Tsp.
Preparation:
Put Chicken Stock In A Pan, Add Spinach, Salt And Black Pepper In It And Boil.
Put The Butter In Another Pan And Add Flour And Sauté It. Remove The Pan From Fire And Wait Till It Becomes Cool.
Then Pour Milk Slowly And Boil It For Few Minutes Till It Becomes Thick, Add It To The Soup And Boil The Soup Till It Becomes Thick.
Add Cream To The Soup.
Serve Hot.
You can serve with your family and friends.
