Ingredients:

Stock. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 Litres
Flour. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 300 Gms.
Garlic (crushed). . . . . . . . . . . . 2 Cloves
Cream. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 Tbsp.
Tomato Paste. . . . . . . . . . . . . . 20 Gms.
Tomato Puree. . . . . . . . . . . . . . 20 Gms.
Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 400 Gms.
Onion. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .½ Kgs.
Bay Leaf . . . . . . . . . .. 1
Salt And Pepper . . . . .. To Taste.
Preparation:
heat The Butter In A Pan, Fry The Onions, Garlic Until Gets Soft. Add Flour, Continue Cooking For Another 2 Minutes.
Add Tomatoes Paste And Tomatoes Puree And Cook It For Another 5 Minutes. Add Stock, Bring To Boil And Simmer It For 2 Hours. Adjust The Seasonings. Pour Through A Jelly Bag Or Scalded Cloth, Return To The Path And Simmer For Another 45 To 60 Minutes. Garnished With Bread Croutons And Chopped Parsley.
