Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .20 G Onion (chopped). . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Large Garlic (crushed). . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Clove Broccoli (chopped). . . . . . . . . 300g Water. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .2 ½ Cup Chicken Stock Powder. . . . 2 Tsp Cream. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1/3 Cup Cheese (grated). . . . . . . . . . . ½ Cup Chives (fresh, Chopped). . . . 2 Tbsp
Preparation:
Heat Butter In Large Pan, Add Onion And Garlic, Cook, Stirring, Until Onion Is Soft.
Stir In Broccoli, Water And Stock Powder.
Simmer Covered About 20 Minutes Or Until Broccoli Is Tender.
Blend Or Process Mixture In Batches Until Smooth, Return To Pan, Stir In Cream, Reheat Without Boiling.
Spoon Into Bowls, Sprinkle With Cheese And Chives.
