White Vinegar. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 Tbsp.
Eggs (white). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 No.
Corn Flour. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 Tbsp.
Salt. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Tbsp.
Red Food Color. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .½ Tbsp.
Tomato Sauce. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..½ Cup
Sugar . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..1 Tbsp.
Preparation:
Strain The Soup. Add Salt, White Vinegar, Chopped Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Red Food Color And Sugar In Soup And Cook For 10-15 Minutes.
Now Add Eggs, Whites While Stirring. In The End Add Corn Flour Paste.
Serve Hot.
