Ingredients:

Carrots. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 No.
Paprika Powder. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 Tsp.
Green Pepper Seeded. . . . . . . . . 4 No.
Tomatoes (peeled). . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 Kg.
Butter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .350 Gms
Sour Cream. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .1 Cup
Preparation:
peel The Onions And Cut Into Rings.
Slice The Green Pepper, Heat The Fat In A Pan And Fry The Onions Until Golden Brownish. Add The Meat And Fry For Further Five Minutes. Add Carrots, Green Pepper, Tomatoes, Paprika, Salt, Pepper And Garlic Salt, Stir Well And Add About 10 Cups Water, Cover And Simmer For 30 Minutes. Add Cream Before Serving.
