Preparation:
1. Wash And Cut The Meat Into Bite Sized Pieces. 2. Place All Ingredients In A Large Heavy Soup Pot And Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat To Low, Partially Cover The Pot And Simmer For About 30 Minutes For Lamb Meat And 20 Minutes For Chicken Or Until Meat Is Tender And 6 Cups Stock Is Left. 3. Strain Stock Through A Sieve Into A Large Bowl. Discard The Vegetables And Spices. Reserve The Chicken For Another Use. If You Wish To Eat Chicken Along With Soup, Then Return The Chicken Pieces To The Soup Bowl. 4. To Serve, Pour Soup Into Serving Bowls Sprinkle Black Pepper And Serve. This Recipe Serves 6 People.
