Chopped Tomatoes . . . 2 No
(medium)
Vegetables . . . . . . . . 2 Lbs
(of Your Choice)
Water . . . . . . . . . . . ½ Cup
Cilantro Leaves . . . . . . 2 Tbps
(chopped)
Preparation:
In A Large Pan Or Wok, Heat Oil On Medium-high Heat. Add Curry Masala Mix, Vegetables And Stir -fry For A Minute. Add Tomatoes And Water. Mix Well. Reduce Heat To Medium-low, Cover And Cook 10-15 Minutes Till Vegetables Are Tender And Masala (sauce) Is Thick. Note: Add More Water If Desired. Turn Heat Off. Garnish With Fresh Chopped Cilantro Leaves And Ring The Dinner Bell.
